Exchange and Return Policy
We at bobuti strive to give you a quality product of your choice. However, if you are not happy with the order that you have received for any reason, you can mail us at support@bulletrose.com.
If a defective or misprinted product reaches you, we will replace it at no additional charges. You just have to share images of the product at support@bulletrose.com.
Once the returned item(s) are received back, they will be checked and we will issue credits or a discount coupon code for your bobuti website account for the value of the products returned. A return handling charge of Rs. 50 per product will be applied, except in the case of a wrong or defective product sent.
Please do not send multiple emails for the same query as it may cause confusion while providing proper resolution. Kindly use a single email thread for your queries.
Please allow us 4–6 working hours to reply to your email and provide a proper resolution.
Items must be unused and returned within 7 days of delivery.
What if my pincode is not supported for Reverse Pickups?
We request you to self-ship the product to us. We will credit your bobuti account with credits worth Rs.100 or provide a one-time discount coupon in lieu of shipping costs, in case you received a wrong or defective product.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Products
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following items:
- Boxer Shorts and Socks (for hygiene reasons)
- Badges, Stickers, and Pins
The following are print-on-demand products, made specifically after your order is placed, and hence are not eligible for return/exchange:
